We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled IT Sales Engineer to join our team and contribute to our growth.
Job Summary:
The IT Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving business development by providing technical expertise and sales support to potential clients. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, demonstrating the technical capabilities of our solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential clients to promote and sell IT solutions.
  • Provide technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase how our solutions can solve client problems.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, quotes, and solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Analyze customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions from our product portfolio.
  • Act as the key technical point of contact during the sales process.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and competitors to provide informed guidance.
  • Work closely with the product development and support teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
  • Report regularly to management on sales activities and progress.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Products and Services or technical sales in the GCC market, preferably in Oman.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, IT infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms for clients.
  • A valid driving license and the ability to travel within Oman as required.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.

Pay: RO400.000 - RO700.000 per month

  • GCC Driving License (Preferred)
