- Ensure that daily transactions are adequately and timely recorded.
- Closing monthly accounts and posting required transactions.
- Manage and reconcile all balance sheet and profit and loss accounts before management reporting deadline.
- Ensure that assets and liabilities are reflected in the financial records are true and fair value.
- Ensure that all suppliers are paid on a timely basis and in line with the agreed terms.
- Accounting for P&L Accruals relating to trade spends.
- Maintain tracking of accruals for trade spends versus actual spending and ensure accuracy of books of accounts in compliance with IFRS.
- Assist and support for financial and management reporting and ensure adoption policies at all times.
- Regular cash flow forecasts demonstrating management of funds for effective term loan payments and compliance with banking covenants.
- Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
- Managing intercompany transactions and ensuring monthly agreement are in place between the entities.
- Monthly reporting on the financial position of the business to the Head of Finance and ensure that all financial reporting obligations are met.
- Requirements:
- Professional qualification in finance i.e. ICMA, CIMA, ACCA.
- Please do not apply if criteria not met.
- 7 years of overall finance experience (preferably in Manufacturing industry) of which 3 years (PQE).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel.
- ERP experience is a plus.
- Expected salary: OMR 500 to 800 (All Inclusive) depending on the experience. Please forward your CV only if you meet the requirements.

Pay: RO550.000 - RO800.000 per month
