Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field and a strong background in corporate interior fit-out projects and commercial building civil construction. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Primavera, Microsoft Project software, and possession of a valid Omani driving license are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site operations for Interior Fit Out and Civil Construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and project timelines.
• Oversee corporate interior fit-out projects and commercial building civil construction with a focus on quality and safety.
• Utilize Auto CAD for design, Primavera for project scheduling, and Microsoft Project for project management activities.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Prepare and review project drawings, layouts, and specifications to meet project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, maintain project documentation, and address any project-related issues promptly.
• Adhere to local regulations, building codes, and safety standards throughout the construction process.
• Possess and maintain a valid Omani driving license for on-site transportation requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Interior Fit Out and Civil Construction projects in Oman.
• Expertise in corporate interior fit-out projects and commercial building civil construction.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD, Primavera, Microsoft Project, and other relevant software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
