Summary
Engineering Graduate with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in managing major turnkey EPC security projects including related civil works, responsible for cost/budget control and schedule control.
Key Job responsibilities and duties
1. Manage the assigned project operations completely from Design to financial sign-off.
2. Contract Owner of assigned projects and responsible for cost/budget control and schedule control.
3. Generating revenues from project variations and improve project margin.
4. Responsible for resolving all project constraints and resource management as required.
5. Responsible for timely procurement and maintaining the procurement tracker effectively.
6. Proper and timely coordination with clients, vendor, suppliers and subcontractors.
7. Responsible for project delivery in all aspects as per contract requirements by following Project management procedures and scope agreed upon.
8. Responsible for industrial standard and fault free installations. Following high-quality standards in project execution.
9. Responsible to handle the civil works which are related to security system project like Security fences, Security building constructions, Pole Foundations, Gate & Turnstile foundations, etc.,
10. Responsible for maintaining the project in positive cash flow at all the time.
11. Responsible for successful completion of the project, in meeting the project performance to its specifications and project contractual requirements and client obligations for the assigned projects.
12. Responsible to maintain the project documentation as per the standards.
13. Responsible to manage the project cash flow positively.
14.Preparation & Submission of project documents like method statement, Material approval request, Inspection test plan, Risk matrix, RFI’s, Drawings, Project schedule, Material inventory, Timesheet, Site tracker, Handing over documents, Invoice plan, Commercial register etc,
15. Preparation of Weekly, monthly reports. Preparation of required PPT for project execution with required bar charts.
16. Responsible for invoice claims on time, client approvals & payment realization as per the terms, Receivable follow-up with the client and all relevant parties within the team for the assigned projects.
17. Ensure the client satisfaction throughout the project phase.
18. Proper coordination with support teams like Admin, Account & finance, logistics for project requirements.
19.Verifying and certifying the subcontractor & supplier invoices timely.
20. Responsible for the Contractual Performance of the assigned projects in all aspects.

Candidate Profile
Qualification - Professional Engineering Graduate in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Communication, IT
Experience -
Engineering Graduate with minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in managing major turnkey EPC security projects.
Preferred Experience of 3-5 years in the Middle East region & having a valid Oman driving license. 2 years Oil & Gas Industrial security projects experience, atleast in 1-2 major Oil & Gas (Or) Petrochemical EPC Security projects as Site Project Manager position. Each project must have a minimum value of 5m US$ Integrated Security package (duration not less than 1 year).
The ELV products include Industrial & Commercial CCTV, Integrated high end Access Control, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Intruder Alarm, PAVA systems, Physical Control Equipment, PIDS, BMS, Telecom, A/V systems, ISMS, SMATV, VDP, Gate Automation & residential systems, etc. In addition, the incumbent MUST have
related in-depth knowledge on IT & Telecom systems inclusive of database management, Fiber systems, Server & Storage systems, Active & passive components, operating systems, IP domain, redundancy operations in connection with ELV systems specified above, and related civil works handling for the security fence, Security gates, Turnstiles, Barriers, CCTV poles, and Guard house construction.
