Summary
Diploma / Engineering Graduate with a minimum of 5-7 years of civil experience in managing major turnkey EPC security projects, responsible for cost/budget control and schedule control.
Preferred Minimum of 2 years of civil experience in Oil & Gas experience.
Key Job responsibilities and duties
1. Act as Project Engineer and to handle the entire site team.
2. Day-to-day monitoring & tracking of civil works at the site.
3. Civil MAS submissions and approvals.
4. Coordinating with civil sub-contractors, supervisors, foreman’s etc., to ensure proper and timely construction.
5. Ensure the high measures of quality and required quality checks/tests on time.
6. Sub-contractor procurement follow-up/tracking with required documents to ensure timely supply.
7. High QHSE standards, meeting & coordinating the HSE team regularly at site.
8. Coordinating civil detailed engineering, drawings and approvals.
9. Effective communication and reporting to immediate supervisor on time.
10. Guiding the entire team at site with required quality & safety measures.
11. Escalate the change in scope to the immediate supervisor for further action.
12. Handling of civil vendors and sub-contractors with required clarifications & details.
13. Ensure the civil procurements on time without conflict and delay. Timely coordination with Head Office for on time procurement & supply.
14. Responsible for Planning, Proper tracking & corrective action.
15. Required PTW procedure to be followed with proper documentation.
16. Required client handling and understanding of the entire civil scope.
17. Responsible for Documentation of civil procedures, ITP & QA/QC.
18. Responsible for Drawing preparation, revisions and co-ordination for both civil and security systems.
19. Responsible for resolving all project constraints and resource management as required.
20. Responsible for industrial standard and fault free installations. Following high-quality standards in project execution.
21. Responsible for the successful completion of the project, in meeting the project performance to its specifications and project contractual requirements and client obligations for the assigned projects.
22. Responsible to maintain the project documentation as per the standards.
23. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project phase.
24. Responsible for the Contractual Performance of the assigned projects in all aspects.
Deliverables
1. Successful Project completion & handover, within budget and time, and with effective utilization of resources.
2. Highest Q.HSE Records with high rankings on project audit and customer feedback reports. Ensure Zero LTI Etc.,
3. Need to undergo PDO HSE & PTW (Permit To Work) courses and have to clear the Daleel PTW assessment.
4. Holding PTW at site and ensure no HSE violation.
5. Execute the job on high quality. Ensure the quality check is on time. High rankings on project Quality audit and customer feedback reports.
6. Effective communication and reporting.
7. System performance to its specifications and project requirements.
8. Client Satisfaction and appreciations.
9. Successful timely completion and client approvals.
10. Ensuring No Major breakdowns and timely corrective actions.
11.Generating revenues and improving the project margins.
Candidate Profile
Qualification - Diploma / Professional Engineering Graduate in Civil.
Experience -
Engineering Graduate with a minimum 5-7 years of relevant civil experience in managing major turnkey EPC security projects.
Preferred:
1. 2-3 years of experience in civil works as Civil Engineer position.
2. Studied abroad with good academic records
3. Good communication skills
4. Minimum of 2 years of il & Gas filed Experience
5. Holding Valid PDO Permit Applicant / Holder
6. Holding a Valid Oman driving license
The candidate handled EPC security jobs inclusive of civil, electrical and telecom works. Solid Civil work knowledge and experience required such as foundation, Cable trenching works (excavation, sand bedding, backfilling, and compaction works), gates installation, fencing installation, security building and guard house construction etc are preferred.
