Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and creative 3D Graphic Animation Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will create impressive 3D models, animations, and visual effects for different projects. You will collaborate with Marketing Team to bring ideas to life with high-quality visuals that engage and inspire our audience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations for various projects.
- Collaborate with the creative team to align designs with project goals and brand identity.
- Develop realistic and stylized 3D assets, environments, and characters.
- Produce smooth animations using rigging, key-framing, and motion capture techniques.
- Integrate visual effects (VFX) into animations, ensuring seamless graphics and animation integration.
- Optimize 3D models and animation files for efficient rendering and performance.
- Contribute ideas and feedback in creative meetings to improve design processes.
- Stay updated on 3D animation trends and apply innovative techniques to projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to modeling, animation, and rendering.
- Ensure deliverables meet project deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Media or Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Computer Graphics, or related field (or equivalent).
- Experience: 02 years of Proven background as a 3D Designer, Animator, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of 3D design and animation projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in industry-standard software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, ZBrush, 3ds Max, Houdini, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Da Vinci Resolve).
- Core Competencies: Expertise in rigging, texturing, lighting, and rendering 3D models; strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with motion capture, VR/AR development, and game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine) is a plus.
- Collaboration & Communication: Able to work independently and in teams, with strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with scripting and automation in animation workflows (e.g., Python, MEL, or Max Script).
· Knowledge of compositing software like After Effects or Nuke.
· Familiarity with real-time rendering techniques and workflows.
