We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer for our Bahawalpur office, with an immediate start. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our accounting and financial operations, liaising with British clients, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Assistant Manager Accounts with monthly accounting and financial tasks.
• Handle incoming call inquiries from our British clients/customers.
• Issue invoices to our British clients through accounting software on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Reconcile supplier work carried out, issue purchase orders, and book supplier bills in the ERP system.
• Maintain bookkeeping and record-keeping electronically.
• Support the team head with relevant assigned tasks.
• Undertake other ad-hoc assignments as required.
• Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial transactions.
• Work independently under pressure, meeting short and tight deadlines.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to conduct research and deliver error-free work.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• ACCA qualified or finalist with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• MBA in Finance with 3-4 years of experience.
• Excellent computer skills, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel and Ms outlook.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to understand British accents.
• Ability to work from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM Pakistan Standard Time.
