Procurement Executive

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient procurement of goods and services that meet quality and cost criteria, enabling smooth operations across departments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and adept at building strong supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and maintain quality standards.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, order placements, and contract management.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational procurement policies, maintain accurate records, and oversee compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to track inventory, forecast procurement needs, and generate regular reports.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant procurement experience, ideally in an international or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools, strong negotiation and analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication in English.
  • Knowledge of supply chain best practices and familiarity with local and international procurement standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
