Job Summary:
The Receptionist cum Office Manager will manage front-desk activities, assist with general office management, and ensure that all visitors have a positive experience. This individual will be the first point of contact for clients and staff alike, making excellent communication and organizational skills essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and facility maintenance to ensure a well-functioning office.
- Support scheduling and calendar management for meetings and appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, managing distribution and filing.
- Oversee general office cleanliness and organization, liaising with cleaning staff as needed.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Minimum 14 years of education; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional demeanor and ability to work well under pressure.
