Pakistan Facilities Management (Private) Limited is hiring Driver for a reputable International Organization in Islamabad.
Job Purpose:
The driver will provide reliable and safe transportation services for the Country Director/Deputy Country Director, Asian Development Bank (ADB) personnel, and official guests, ensuring smooth travel to designated locations. The role also includes supporting basic administrative tasks and maintaining the assigned vehicle in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the Country Director/Deputy Country Director, ADB personnel, and official guests to their destinations in an official ADB vehicle.
• Maintain a detailed logbook to track mileage, fuel, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean and in optimal working condition through routine maintenance, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with basic tasks such as photocopying, mail distribution, document delivery, and file management.
• Perform other administrative duties as required, including retrieving files/documents and supporting the preparation of reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (a two-year college education will be an advantage).
• 5-8 years of general service experience, with at least 5 years of driving as a chauffeur in an international organization.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Ability to drive various types of vehicles including SUVs, vans, and buses.
• Familiarity with roads in Islamabad and surrounding areas.
• Basic typing and word processing skills will be a plus.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Requirements:

• Proven accident-free driving record.
• Strong understanding of government office locations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
