Operations Assistant

Job Description:
We are hiring Operations Assistant for a reputable International Organization in Islamabad, located at Serena Business Complex.
Qualification:
· Preferably fourteen (14) years of education.
· He/she must be reasonably well-versed in both written and spoken English and proficient in using leading computer application software.
Note: Candidates with 4-5 years of experience in the development sector will be given preference.
Preferred Age: 30 years – 40 years.
Experience:
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably working in an international, corporate, or development organization. (If you do not qualify for this, please do not apply).
· Bachelor’s degree in any field, from a recognized university.
· Strong planning and organizing skills to handle operational assistance tasks within set timelines.
· Proficiency in computers, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Effective writing and communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
· Report to designated PRM staff and provide logistic and administrative support.
· Regularly update contact details of personnel in PRM in consultation with all units.
· Prepare expense sheets for contractual drivers.
· Provide administrative support, arrange travel logistics for designated staff, and organize in-land and international missions.
· Assist in meeting and workshop arrangements, including preparation of relevant materials (e.g., attendance sheets).
· Arrange guest clearance for entrance into the ADB office and VVIP passes from Serena Business Complex (SBC) for ADB guests.
· Support visiting missions with travel arrangements across Pakistan and meeting organization.
· Arrange tea, refreshments, and lunch for meetings or loan negotiations.
· Assist with travel-related arrangements for Finance and Administration (F&A) staff and provide necessary admin support.
· Handle external relations tasks such as scheduling meetings, filing documents, and preparing track sheets for incoming documents.
· Coordinate logistics for virtual or physical loan negotiations and workshops.
· Assist Urban and Energy Units in workshop organization, including obtaining hotel quotations and sending invitations.
· Provide support to other units within PRM or act as a replacement during the absence of other operations assistants.
· Carry out any other tasks related to operational assistance as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
