JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Direct SF HVAC mechanics and contractors engaged in the installation, maintenance, and repair of all HVAC systems including, but not limited to, monitoring, troubleshooting, calibrating, inputting schedules, repairing, trending, and adjusting all HVAC systems utilizing the building automation system.
• Reviews all work orders before and after completion and Maintains budget, records and files, and prepares reports.
• Supervises major overhaul or installation of environmental control systems to assure that work is carried out according to plans and specifications.
• Conducts a quality check of work in progress or upon completion to assure acceptability
• Verify employee timesheets for accuracy; approve and submit.
• Provide hands-on supervision of maintenance and repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certification from a recognized HVAC vocational
• Two years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Knowledge of HVAC systems
• Knowledge of computer systems i.e, MS Office, Outlook etc
• Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to the work.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
