Job Description

• To keep proper checks for expiry products
• To ensure that rail card and signage are changes and updated as and when required
• To ensure that shelves are presentable and filled
• To ensure the stock availability
• To punch re-packing in GMS system on timely basis
• To perform MAV on weekly basis through internal consumption for the bakery production
• To perform stock orders with necessary documentations
• To participate in weekly and annual inventories
• To take corrective and preventive measures for wastage and shirk-age control
• To coordinate and resolve QA related issues against periodical visits and other findings from time to time
• To ensure the proper cleansing and hygienic environment of the over bakery and production areas and equipment’s
• To continuously monitor the negatives.
• To perform free samplings for product promotions of high priced articles
• To recommend new recipes for bakery products for sales improvement and addressing customer needs
• Structural deficiency monitoring

Qualifications
Intermediate with 4-6 years of experience or Bachelors
