Job Title: Sales Supervisor
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Salary: PKR 80,000 - 120,000 per month, plus commission
Job Description: We are seeking two experienced Sales Supervisors to lead and drive our outdoor sales efforts. The ideal candidates will have a robust background in sales, team leadership, and generating sales from local vendors. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring target achievement through effective management of outdoor sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales from local vendors and outdoor sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors to ensure consistent sales growth.
• Monitor sales activities, set performance goals, and provide constructive feedback to the sales team.
• Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and support for the sales team.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure the team complies with company policies and procedures.
• Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to upper management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-leading role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, especially in outdoor sales and local vendor engagements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and devise effective sales strategies.
• Experience in managing and developing a high-performing sales team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
