Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and dynamic female Social Media Marketing Specialist based in Karachi to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, with exceptional skills in graphic design. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
- Female candidate based in Karachi with 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Proficient in graphic design with a strong portfolio of design work.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Team player.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have a personal laptop.
- A degree in Marketing or a relevant field is a plus.
