We are urgently hiring for Sales Executive (Outdoor) for one of our client from IT Industry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients, and develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Generate leads, pitch company offerings, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Provide accurate and complete product information using appropriate methods and tools.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets, and meet call handling quotas.
• Address complaints, offering timely solutions and alternatives.
• Maintain records of client interactions and file necessary documentation.
• Adhere to communication guidelines, procedures, and company policies.
• Take initiative to engage clients and exceed their expectations.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong phone communication skills and active listening abilities.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and best practices.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to various personalities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service roles.

Salary Range: 50k to 60k plus Commission, Fuel Allowance, mobile allowance.
