We are seeking a talented and motivated female Jr. HR Officer to join our team and oversee all aspects of human resources, from recruitment to daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a culture of open communication.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate professional development opportunities, and support continuous learning within the team.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintain employee records, and prepare HR reports for management.
• Operations Support: Assist with daily operational tasks, providing administrative support as needed to ensure smooth business functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months or 1 year of experience in HR.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employee relations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance issues.
