Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from our HR consulting services. Develop a comprehensive list of prospects and leads.
- Sales and Pitching: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our HR consulting solutions.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth. Analyze data to inform business development strategies.
- Networking: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and meetings to build a strong network of contacts and generate new leads.
- Negotiation and Contracting: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients, including pricing, scope of services, and contractual terms, ensuring mutually beneficial and legally sound agreements.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed set sales targets and revenue goals by developing and executing effective strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in our CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales and business development activities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the HR consulting team to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and needs.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feedback and market insights to help refine our services and stay competitive in the industry.
- Continual Learning: Stay updated on HR industry best practices, regulations, and emerging trends to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Bacholar's degree in marketing,Business management or related fields.
- Experience: 1-2 years (Corporate industry)
- Location: Clifton Block 9
- Salary: Market Competitive
- Timings: 9 a.m -5 p.m (mon-sat)
