Assistant Manager HVAC

- Maintain and repair all HVAC equipment and components to manufactures recommendation, such as valves, motors, belts, bearings, filters, and lubrication etc.
- Make rounds on daily basis of all equipment rooms, identify and repairing any potential problems and keep the systems and rooms clean.
- Clean and Maintain the AHU, Fan coil and Split AC unit of all the whole system which is operational or not. Further routine maintenance/checkup of split units and their installation.
- Carry out mechanical and electrical inspection and maintenance on equipment to bring them to optimal performance such as pumps, motors all type related to chiller and valve etc.
- Perform oiling, belt adjustment, cleaning of equipment, greasing, adding chemical into cooling tower, pipe lines and machines as per need and standard having other specific preventive maintenance work.
- Identify, asses and respond to potential risk accordingly.
- Quick response to faults related to the HVAC and rectify.
- Gender: Male
- Qualification: Diploma or B-Tech in HVAC
- Experience: 2-3 years
Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
