As we expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and experienced MEP/HVAC Estimator to join our dynamic team in our Lahore office.
Job Summary:
The MEP/HVAC Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for HVAC and MEP projects. This role requires a thorough understanding of HVAC systems, electromechanical installations, and project management to ensure precise estimation and timely submission of bids.
Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for HVAC and MEP projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and other related expenses.
• Bid Preparation: Develop and submit comprehensive bid proposals that align with project specifications and client requirements.
• Project Analysis: Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine the scope of work and required resources.
• Vendor Management: Source and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them within the cost estimates.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all estimation activities, including cost data, project specifications, and communication with stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the project management team, engineers, and other departments to ensure alignment and accuracy in the estimation process.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide clarifications, and present cost estimates.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market prices, and advancements in HVAC and MEP technologies to ensure accurate and competitive estimations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP/HVAC estimation, preferably in the construction or electromechanical industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, Auto CAD, Revit) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Urdu is a plus.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, electromechanical installations, and industry standards.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in HVAC or MEP estimation are preferred.
• Personal Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
