### Job Summary
The Office Boy will be responsible for maintaining the office environment, ensuring cleanliness, and assisting the staff with various tasks. This role is crucial for smooth day-to-day functioning within the fashion house.
### Key Responsibilities
- **Office Maintenance:** Ensure that the office premises, including workspaces, meeting rooms, and common areas, are kept clean and orderly.
- **Assistance to Staff:** Provide assistance to employees with tasks such as photocopying, filing, and sorting documents.
- **Serve Refreshments:** Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
- **Mail Handling:** Manage incoming and outgoing mail, and distribute packages and documents as needed.
- **Office Supplies:** Maintain inventory of office supplies, and restock items such as stationery and pantry supplies.
- **Errands:** Run errands, including making deliveries or pickups as requested.
### Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of a high school education.
- Prior experience in an office or support role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of maintaining hygiene standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision.
- A courteous and helpful attitude.
