Job Description

• Duties include Daily book keeping records, Invoice processing, Inventory management, Billing, tracking business expenses and preparing MIS Reports.
• Experience of using accounting software like (Tally (Preferred), Quick Books, etc.) will be preffered.
• Must have strong MS Office using skills.
• Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
• Must have good time-management skills and ability to multitask and maintain focus and discipline
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Data entry of purchase
• Sales Invoices
• Sales Return
• Purchase Return
• Data entry of all vouchers/ filing of Sign vouchers and related documents
• Data entry of bank payment vouchers
• Data entry of month end adjusting entries
• Recording of accounting transactions
• Income tax and sales tax transactions
• Bank reconciliation statements
• Reviewing of trail balance
• Leases & recording of accruals of different heads
