About the Role:
Original Products is looking for an organized and efficient Accountant to assist in collecting, entering, and organizing the accounting data from various company sources into its databases.
Responsibilities
1. Prepare month-end financial reporting including but not limited to journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly financial statements.
2. Communicate with customers regarding account information, AR statements, invoice payment status, credit hold orders, invoice copies, short payments, and any other issue that may arise.
3. Follow up internally to collect data on invoice / order discrepancies, production reports, inventory status, dispatch and return detail etc.
4. Prepare and assist in preparation of miscellaneous reports.
5. Manage and update the fixed assts module including fixed asset additions, disposals, adjustments, and related depreciation expenses.
6. Continually improve procedures to maximize efficiency.
7. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements and skills
1. Working knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
2. Minimum of bachelor’s degree level education in Accounts or Finance related fields.
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Requirements and skills

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the accounting field is required.
- 1 year of experience in manufacturing finance will be preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Experience with MS Office and data programs.
- Familiarity with administrative duties.
- Must be well-organized with an ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and be flexible to changes in the industry.
- Attention to detail.
- Confidentiality.
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
- Good communication skills.
- Pleasant personality and good dress sense.
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
