• Advanced Accounting Knowledge: Should have a thorough understanding of accounting principles including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Financial Analysis Proficiency: Including ratio analysis, trend analysis, and financial statement interpretation.
• Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge Familiarity: With financial regulations and reporting requirements relevant to internal guidelines of Friesland Campina Engro Pakistan Limited (FCEPL).
• Internal Controls Proficiency: Knowledge of internal controls framework applied on FCEPL and initiative seeking to plug any weaknesses / gaps
• Advanced Excel Skills Proficiency: In advanced Excel functions for data analysis and financial modeling
• Financial Reporting Tools Familiarity: Experience with financial reporting software such as SAP and HFM etc.
• Financial Statement Preparation & Review: The ability to prepare and review financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Audit Support: Coordinating financial information for external audits and working effectively with external auditors.
• Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to explain complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management: The ability to work closely with various stakeholders across the Company
• Project Leadership: Leading financial reporting projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion, and managing resources effectively
• Data Ethics: A strong commitment to ethical behavior and handling confidential financial information with the utmost integrity.
