Customer Service Representative (Accounting Operations)
Currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Accounting Operations Team who can interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries and is able to provide excellent customer service and a pleasant experience.
Qualifications / Skills Required
Minimum 14 Years of Education from HEC recognized institution (preferably in the field of accounting, commerce, finance).
Exceptional computer skills.
Active listening skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills.
Friendly and pleasant manner.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Adaptability and flexibility.
Problem solving skills.
Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries.
• Determining the cause of the call and find solution.
• Expedite correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information and document details.
• Maintain high professionalism, quality, and adherence to company policies.
• To submit personal and business required documents of customers into the official portals for onward accounting and tax returns filing purpose.

Work Shift: Night (Mon – Fri, 06:00 p.m. / 02:00 a.m. 07:00 p.m/ 03:00 a.m.)
Job Location: DHA phase 5, Touheed Commercial, Karachi, Pakistan.
