Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Person to manage financial records, process transactions, and assist with budget management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the finance department by ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage month-end close processes.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Handle invoice management, payment processing, and expense tracking.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Person, Accounting Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and procedures.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
