Admin Officer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage and maintain office equipment and supplies, ensuring that they are in good working order and that supplies are stocked as needed.
  • Maintain records, vehicles, daily checklists, prepare reports on daily basis etc.
  • Coordinate and communicate with other departments as needed, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed in a way that supports the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures as needed to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Respond to inquiries from staff, make sure to facilitate as much as possible within the admin domain.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an admin supervisor/officer role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
