We are looking for an experienced and driven Operations Manager to join our fast-paced and innovative operations team. In this role, you will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in meeting our customer expectations. You will oversee a team of associates and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain, to deliver high-quality services. This is a key leadership role that directly impacts our business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Manage and improve operational processes within the [specific operation area, e.g., Fulfillment Center, Sortation Center, Delivery Station]. Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost goals are met.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of associates and shift supervisors. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cost savings. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for productivity, quality, and safety. Implement corrective actions and solutions to address performance issues and drive operational success.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., HR, Safety, Finance, IT, etc.) to coordinate operational activities and resolve issues. Ensure alignment between teams to meet operational goals.
• Inventory & Resource Management: Manage resources (labor, equipment, materials) to ensure proper allocation and maximize efficiency. Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure inventory accuracy and reduce bottlenecks.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all safety and compliance guidelines are followed within the operations area. Conduct regular safety audits and training to maintain a safe work environment.
• Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on operational performance, highlighting opportunities for improvement. Use data to drive decisions and make recommendations for process changes.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
