Scraperrs is looking for a skilled Android Developer to design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform. In this onsite role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high-performance, responsive applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about Android development and stays updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, ensuring optimal performance.
• Ensure high-quality performance, responsiveness, and app quality.
• Continuously discover and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and use automation tools where applicable.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Android development.

Requirements/Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, handling various Android versions, and different screen sizes.
• Proficiency in Java/Kotlin with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications with back-end services.
• Familiarity with cloud messaging APIs and push notifications.
• Knowledge of UI/UX standards and Android design guidelines.
• Experience with Git or other version control tools.
• Understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
