Location: Lahore, Pakistan (Onsite)

Job Overview:
Scraperrs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. This is an onsite role requiring strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to meet company goals.
Identify potential clients in target markets and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to increase sales and business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of customized solutions that meet client needs.
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing company services and value propositions.
Negotiate and close deals by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Work closely with marketing teams to align strategies for effective market penetration.
Develop proposals and contracts that align with company policies and client expectations.
Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
