Position: Architectural Draftsman and Renderer
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the lead architect to produce detailed architectural drawings including view sheds, cut sheets, and elevations.
- Create both interior and exterior renderings that accurately represent the design vision.
- Ensure all drawings and renderings meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed drawings for construction and permit applications.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of all design elements.
- Utilize CAD software to create and modify architectural drawings and plans.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date library of drawings and project documentation.
- Proficiency in CAD software (Auto CAD, Revit, etc.).
- Strong skills in producing architectural drawings and detailed construction documents.
- Experience with rendering software (such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Sketch Up, or similar).
- Knowledge of architectural design principles and construction processes.
- Ability to interpret architectural sketches and design plans.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work in architectural drafting and rendering.
- Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Experience working on a variety of projects, including residential and commercial buildings.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
