Job Description: Architecture
Position: Architectural Draftsman and Renderer
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the lead architect to produce detailed architectural drawings including view sheds, cut sheets, and elevations.
• Create both interior and exterior renderings that accurately represent the design vision.
• Ensure all drawings and renderings meet industry standards and client specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed drawings for construction and permit applications.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of all design elements.
• Utilize CAD software to create and modify architectural drawings and plans.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date library of drawings and project documentation.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in CAD software (Auto CAD, Revit, etc.).
• Strong skills in producing architectural drawings and detailed construction documents.
• Experience with rendering software (such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Sketch Up, or similar).
• Knowledge of architectural design principles and construction processes.
• Ability to interpret architectural sketches and design plans.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work in architectural drafting and rendering.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Experience working on a variety of projects, including residential and commercial buildings.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
