Assistant Manager Change Management

- Liaison with relevant public and private sector stakeholders for capacity building initiatives.
- Assist the Manager in creating project strategies and plans, including change management planning, stakeholder assessments, communication strategies, change readiness, and end-user training programs.
- Execute well-organized and impactful onsite change management training sessions across Pakistan by collaborating with the various internal and external departments.
- Facilitate and moderate change management sessions with stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure smooth transitions.
- Provide monthly progress reports to the Manager of Change Management, outlining key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Identify and generate leads to enhance the reach and effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Assist the Manager in preparing detailed work plans and calendars, identifying target audiences, and coordinating inclusive activities such as seminars, trainings, webinars, tours, and networking events, to ensure broad participation across various sectors.
- Create and maintain user manuals for all implemented modules throughout the year by collaborating with subject matter experts to gather and finalize content, ensuring the information remains accurate, relevant, and up to date.
- A minimum of 16 years of education, with a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in communication, stakeholder management, or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge and experience in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with project management approaches and the software development lifecycle.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Experience in the public sector is an advantage.
