Position Title: Assistant Manager HR
Position Based In: DHA, Karachi – Pakistan
Gender: Male
Experience: 3-5 years
Job Description:
· Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
· Undertake tasks around performance management.
· Strong communication and Interpersonal Skills.
· Analytical and Persuasive Skills.
· Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets.
· Calculate bonuses, advances and allowances.
· Conduct employee onboarding, Employee Retention, Exit interview etc
· Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software.
· Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
· MS Office. (Excel)
