Assistant Manager Operations (Air & Ocean Freight)

- We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our shipping and logistics company.
- The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry with a strong background in freight forwarding. As an Assistant Manager, you willon, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily op be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfactierations, including overseeing shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the ocean freight & Air Freight department Both Import and Export.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Develop and maintain relationships with shipping lines / Air lines, port operators, and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with shipping lines and Air lines for pricing.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management regularly.
- REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years work-related experience in Ocean Freight & Air Freight.
- A confident personality with strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
