Assistant Manager Retail Sales

Location: Enza Home, Lahore
Reports To: Retail Manager / Line Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee store sales and operations in the absence of the Retail Manager.
- Handle various operational duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Greet customers and team members with a friendly attitude, creating a welcoming environment.
- Ensure a clean and organized store, adhering to dress code and creating a positive first impression.
- Follow up with customers and team members in a timely manner.
- Conduct sales forecasting, analyze data, and compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales issues and resolutions.
- Build rapport with customers through engaging conversations and honest recommendations.
- Process sales transactions, and arrange for delivery or pick-up of orders as needed.
- Inform the team of any operational changes and updates.
- Assist in maintaining back stock (warehouse) and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized.
- Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Alert the Line Manager to potential security issues.
- Foster team building and maintain a friendly, energetic atmosphere focused on customer service.
- Perform well under pressure and address complaints promptly.
- Manage inventory, restock items, and ensure the store area is clean and well-organized.
- Assist with organizing promotional store events.
- Maintain client and sales records to compile weekly and monthly reports with the Line Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4-5 years of retail management experience; MBA preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external customers.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and exemplary customer service.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and sales principles.
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
