Assistant Manager - Scholarships & Alumni Affairs North & North West

The incumbent will be responsible for the successful transition of TCF Alumni to colleges and universities across Pakistan, and for extending support and interventions to ensure that they complete their tertiary education journey. The role involves career and socio-emotional counseling, scholarships management, engaging external stakeholders as needed, and operational duties to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist with the management of TCF Alumni Support Programs
- Manage Support Interviews for all eligible students as per the TCF Policy across Pakistan
- Provide career counselling and support to intermediate and university level students
- Engage with TCF alumni and provide socio-emotional counseling and support to ensure a successful tertiary education journey
- Design and develop programs and interventions for various counseling needs of alumni
- Responsible for minimizing university dropouts and sunk costs
- Maintain, monitor and update the Alumni databases
- Maintain active channel of communication with stakeholders within and outside of TCF
- Establish contact and relationships with universities for smoother processes
- Provide support to Senior Manager Funds and Admissions at all times in all other related projects of Alumni Pathways
- Knowledge of various tertiary education programs, institutes, and career paths is desired
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with career counseling would be a plus
- Knowledge/ experience with socio-emotional counseling and psychology is desired
- A strong listener – highly empathetic
- Strong problem solver
- Strength with event management and stakeholder engagement would be a plus
- Operationally astute – good with follow ups, deadlines, and official communication
- Comfortable with cloud technologies, software, and data/ information management
- Strong with documentation and thinking in processes
Bachelors - 4 years in a relevant discipline (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Sciences, HR and business).
