Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Operations professional to join our team. This role is critical for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting our team in administrative functions, and contributing to a high standard of client service.
Position: Full-Time
Preference: Female Candidates
Key Responsibilities:

Support operational workflows and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency across departments.
Assist in scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining operational records.
Prepare and maintain documentation for various property transactions.
Regularly update and manage data in MS Excel, creating reports as needed.
Provide general support to the operations team to ensure timely task completion.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum Graduation required.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an operational or administrative role.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel is required, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
