One of our largest fintech client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager / Manager IT Audit to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring specialized expertise in Technical IT Audit and substantial articles experience from leading audit firms, such as KPMG, Pw C, or EY. This role requires a solid understanding of Information Security and Risk Management functions to ensure the effectiveness of our business operations. As a manager, you will lead a team of ten professionals, guiding them in conducting thorough audits, identifying risks, and implementing robust security controls. Your leadership will be critical in enhancing our overall IT governance and safeguarding sensitive information.
Requirements:

• Lead a team of IT auditors in executing audits to assess the effectiveness of IT controls and security protocols within the organization.
• Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans tailored to specific business areas, encompassing IT risk assessments and control evaluations.
• Conduct detailed assessments of IT processes, policies, and procedures to identify vulnerabilities and potential risks impacting the organization.
• Oversee compliance with industry standards, frameworks, and regulations such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and COBIT, ensuring the organization adheres to best practices in information security.
• Facilitate penetration testing and system security audits to detect weaknesses in IT systems and recommend actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that IT audit findings are effectively communicated and that remediation measures are implemented accordingly.
• Monitor and evaluate existing IT governance frameworks and ensure they align with the organization’s risk management strategies and business objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and threats in the field of information security to inform audit practices and recommendations.
• Prepare and present audit reports, highlighting key findings and proposed solutions to senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop the audit team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on best practices in IT audit and security management.

Technical Skills

• Technical IT Audit Experience is must.
• Working Experience on Articles from companies mainly KPMG, Pw C or EY Required.
