Position Overview:
As a Management Trainee at ITAAI, you will be immersed in a dynamic learning environment where you will gain exposure to various departments, including accounting, Analytics, and Marketing. Through hands-on experience, comprehensive training programs, and collaboration with colleagues and mentors, you will develop essential skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and communication. Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the ITAAI team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
· Manually entering expense transactions into our custom accounting solution.
· Reviewing processed data to ensure consistency and high quality.
· Interacting with clients to address queries and requests through email and other communication channels.
· Analyzing customer data and providing insights to drive conversion and business growth.
· Identifying areas for improvement to maintain a quality target of 98%.
Qualification and Requirement:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· Strong leadership potential with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
· Team player with a collaborative mindset.
· Multitasking Abilities.
Learning and Benefits:
· Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI for manipulating, analyzing, and reporting data.
· Developing skills in business communication through email correspondence.
· Utilizing Xero or Quick Books Online for managing financial accounts.
· Crafting software requirement documents to communicate changes effectively.
· Conducting functional testing to ensure product quality.
· Implementing SEO enhancements and CRM strategies.
· After successful completion of a 6-month Traineeship with ITAAI presents the opportunity for permanent employment as an Associate.
