Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Brand Alliance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that enhance our brand’s visibility and market presence. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for brand partnerships that align with company goals.
• Identify and engage potential partners to create mutually beneficial relationships.
• Manage ongoing partnerships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for alliances.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to drive alignment and maximize partnership success.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners.
• Monitor and report on the performance of partnership initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in brand management, partnership development, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proven negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
