Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Talent & Brand Lead to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent as well as shaping and elevating our employer brand. As a strategic partner to the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in building a thriving, high-performing organization.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Talent & Brand Lead to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent as well as shaping and elevating our employer brand. As a strategic partner to the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in building a thriving, high-performing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Implement effective talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, screening, and selecting high-caliber candidates.
- Lead the development and optimization of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Design and oversee comprehensive onboarding programs to seamlessly integrate new hires into the organization.
- Continuously monitor and enhance the talent pipeline to meet the organization's evolving needs.
- Identify and implement programs that foster the growth, learning, and professional development of employees.
- Collaborate with managers to develop and execute succession planning and career progression initiatives.
- Establish and maintain effective performance management systems to provide meaningful feedback and recognize top performers.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive employer branding strategy to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Create compelling, engaging, and consistent brand messaging across all talent-related platforms and touchpoints.
- Spearhead the design and execution of targeted recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand alignment and integration across all external and internal communications.
4. You will also be required to undertake other HR responsibilities as needed. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or Talent Management roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing talent management programs, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
- Strong understanding of human resource best practices, such as performance management, compensation, and employee engagement.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in HR technology, applicant tracking systems, and talent management software.
- Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) or relevant certification is a plus.
