Position title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: 100% Remote (Pakistan).
Timings: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM PKT.
Salary Range: 55,000 - 65,000 PKR (Negotiable depending upon experience)
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and a passion for sourcing top talent. For this role, you must have your own laptop, fast internet availability, and power backup. Responsibilities:
1. Utilize Linked In and other recommended platforms to source and identify potential candidates based on job requirements.
2. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and skill sets required for various positions.
3. Build and maintain a resume bank of qualified candidates for current and future job openings, ensuring the job bank is regularly updated.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for specific roles.
5. Proactively search for job requirements in the market suitable for candidates in our resume bank.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, to keep them engaged and informed about potential job opportunities.
7. Collaborate with other recruitment agencies for mutual benefits.
8. Keep track of all communication with companies, candidates, and other recruitment agencies.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance sourcing strategies.
11. Must be able to perform other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment.
• US recruitment experience would be preferred.
• Proficiency in sourcing and recruiting candidates using Linked In and other platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for talent acquisition.
