Position Title: Business Development Manager
Location: 100% Remote (Pakistan)
Timings: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM PKT
Salary Range: PKR 60,000 - 80,000 PKR (Negotiable depending on experience)

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to strengthen our client base in the US market. This role involves driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and managing key aspects of the business development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Onboarding
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, managing communication from lead handoff by the appointment setter to successful client onboarding.
  • Address client queries, concerns, and reservations promptly and professionally to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Conduct follow-up efforts to maintain client engagement and interest in our services.
Client Outreach & Relationship Building
  • Research and prospect businesses across diverse US industries (e.g., IT, healthcare, finance) that can benefit from our staffing solutions.
  • Connect with potential clients via email and Linked In, effectively communicating the value of our services.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers, including HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, and executives.
Initial Client Meetings & Consultative Approach
  • Schedule and lead initial meetings with clients to discuss their staffing needs and understand their business objectives.
  • Present tailored solutions that align with client expectations and demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Develop compelling proposals and deliver presentations to effectively address client requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant by offering valuable insights and positioning our company as a solutions-driven partner.
Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to acquire clients in the staffing market.
  • Manage contract negotiations, close deals, and oversee a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
Competitor Analysis
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging staffing needs to shape business strategies.
  • Continuously refine sales approaches and outreach techniques based on market insights and feedback.
Identity Verification Calls
  • Conduct identity verification calls as part of the recruitment process to ensure compliance and accurate candidate evaluations.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years in business development, client management, or sales, ideally within the staffing or recruitment industry, with a focus on the US market.
  • Industry Expertise: Familiarity with staffing demands across various industries.
  • Outreach & Prospecting Skills: Proficient in email and Linked In outreach, with experience in data-driven prospecting strategies.
  • Sales Proficiency: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong record of sourcing and closing new business deals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated expertise in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value contracts.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools, Linked In Sales Navigator (or equivalent platforms), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-Motivation: Independent and proactive, capable of managing tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines in a remote work setting.
  • Additional Experience: Prior experience in identity verification or recruitment processes is a plus.
