Job Description:
Kodifly is seeking a proactive and strategic Sales Specialist to enhance our prospecting efforts and create qualified opportunities. This role is pivotal in crafting and executing strategies that elevate our brand in the spatial intelligence and infrastructure monitoring sectors. The Sales Specialist will work collaboratively with multiple internal stakeholders to create a cohesive and impactful strategy that resonates with our B2B audience.

Job Description:
Kodifly is seeking a proactive and strategic Sales Specialist to enhance our prospecting efforts and create qualified opportunities. This role is pivotal in crafting and executing strategies that elevate our brand in the spatial intelligence and infrastructure monitoring sectors. The Sales Specialist will work collaboratively with multiple internal stakeholders to create a cohesive and impactful strategy that resonates with our B2B audience.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop a strong understanding of the business of existing clients, nurturing relationships to identify opportunities for upsells and growth.

Identify challenges that existing clients are facing and coordinate with the internal team to provide feasible solutions.

Develop a solid understanding of our technology and our market, using this knowledge to create opportunities for Kodifly.

Actively seeking out new business opportunities and making initial connects.
-
Prepare relevant material (slides, proposals, etc) to pitch Kodifly and generate interest.

Demo Kodifly's products to potential customers.
-
Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified opportunities.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
-
Proven experience and track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B or tech-focused environment.

Strong end to end ownership of opportunities created.

Strong understanding of sales concepts/methodologies, strategy, and best practices.

Ability to meet and exceed expectations.

Familiarity with Hubspot or other CRMs.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Experience in a tech or startup environment.

Knowledge of the infrastructure, spatial intelligence, or related fields.
