Client Overview:
Our client offers a comprehensive solution aimed at improving customer experience, with a focus on fostering customer loyalty and supporting business growth. Expanding beyond basic shipping protection, their platform provides tools that help brands enhance the post-purchase experience and manage key aspects of customer interactions.

Position Overview:
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for supporting tour client in conducting outbound research, managing CRM systems, building outreach campaigns, and assisting with sales reporting and analytics. You will play a critical role in ensuring that the sales team operates efficiently and has the resources needed to grow client relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound research to identify new prospects and opportunities for direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales.
  • Manage and build out CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce) to optimize sales tracking and performance monitoring.
  • Execute outbound email and Linked In messaging campaigns using tools like Apollo or similar platforms.
  • Analyze and prepare sales-related reports to track KPIs, pipeline activity, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct lead generation, list building, and market research.
  • Conduct sales forecasting and strategy development through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to align sales and marketing efforts for maximum impact.
  • Perform various task-based assignments related to sales operations, research, and project management.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience of at least 3+ years in sales operations, business development, or a similar role.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities.
  • Proficient in sales automation tools (e.g., Apollo) and outreach strategies via email and Linked In.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting and analyzing data.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales is a plus.
