Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Officer to join our online bookkeeping firm, which serves clients in the USA and Canada. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting and finance and be responsible for driving business growth by securing new clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Bidding on bookkeeping projects on Freelancer and Upwork.
• Identifying and connecting with potential clients using Linked In and Google.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Meeting or exceeding monthly targets for client acquisition.

Requirements:

• General understanding of accounting and finance.
• Proven experience in business development or a related role.
• Proficiency in using Freelancer, Upwork, Linked In, and Google for client acquisition.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
