Marketing Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to spearhead the growth and expansion of our IT services, focusing on our IT project and application platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving sales to achieve our ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
2. Lead Generation and Closing:
  • Qualify leads and convert them into potential clients.
3. Client Relationship Management:
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our IT projects or software offerings.
4. Marketing and Promotion:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
5. Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the software application platform and its features.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance the platform based on client needs and market demands.
6. Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the IT services or property management sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of management IT products or residential community services.
  • Preferred skills for managing corporate and client relationships in IT-related business deals.
