Lorphic. a leading innovator in [Lorphic's industry], is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Telemarketer to join our growing team. In this remote position, based in Pakistan, you will play a vital role in driving new client acquisition through outbound calls.
Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to qualified leads to promote Lorphic's products and services.
• Build rapport with potential clients, understand their needs, and present compelling solutions.
• Overcome objections and skillfully close deals.
• Schedule appointments for our sales team to further qualify leads.
• Maintain accurate call logs and records.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B telemarketing or a similar role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to handle objections and close deals.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Proficiency in using a CRM system (a plus).
• Experience with [mention relevant software or tools used at Lorphic, if any] (a plus).

Schedule:

• 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time)
• Monday - Friday (flexible schedule within these hours)

Compensation:

• Base salary of $100 USD per month after acquiring your first client.
• Performance-based commission: Earn an additional $20 USD for every new client you bring on board.
• Opportunity for significant income growth based on your performance.
