Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Mortgage Loan Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing information about mortgage loan products, and guiding them through the application process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of mortgage products, and the ability to build relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to offer mortgage loan products and services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by assessing customers’ financial needs and eligibility for mortgage loans.
Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about different mortgage loan options, interest rates, terms, and conditions.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by answering queries, providing advice, and ensuring a smooth application process.
Follow-up: Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in mortgage loans to encourage application completion.
Data Management: Accurately record customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the sales team.
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.(optional -depends on candidate)
Experience: Previous experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service, particularly in the financial services industry, is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasive abilities and salesmanship
Good understanding of mortgage products and financial services
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
