We are seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Lead Generator. As an Lead Generator at Job Bank, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals who want to make an additional income in the UK and scheduling appointments for our UK Sales Team. Your primary objective will be to generate high-quality leads and foster relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential candidates in the UK to introduce our franchise services and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients who can benefit from our services.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with prospective clients to set up appointments with our sales team.
Maintain a CRM: Keep detailed records of interactions and appointments in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Client Engagement: Communicate effectively to build rapport with potential clients, understand their needs, and address their questions or concerns.
Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly appointment-setting targets to contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or appointment setting is a plus but not mandatory.
• Goal-oriented with a self-motivated attitude.
• Familiarity with franchise concepts is a bonus.
• Reliable and punctual with strong time management skills.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary ranging from 40,000 PKR to 100,000 PKR, based on skill level and performance.
• Incentive and bonus structure based on achieving and exceeding targets.
• You would require a Laptop and a Phone initially for the Remote role until Office Based.
